What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop community-specific playbooks for posting and engagement.
• Grow and manage hirify.global’s subreddits into trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content strategy leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for cross-channel consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing regulated categories.
• Native-level comfort with platform-specific tones and a dislike of corporate-speak.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and US location listings).
