What you will do

• Develop and own the creative strategy across organic and paid social channels.
• Write scripts and briefs for short-form video content including TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Manage high-volume output, producing 30-50 ad creative variations per month.
• Collaborate with media buyers to analyze performance data and optimize future creative.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitive content performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven portfolio demonstrating a wide range of video styles and formats.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Extensive experience shipping high volumes of ad variations.
• Exceptional writing skills for hooks, scripts, and captions.
• Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel and how creative impacts landing page conversion.
