What you will do

• Analyze and document end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives and ERP optimization projects.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Partner with IT and business teams to configure ERP systems to support operational standards.
• Implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance quality and cycle times.
• Manage process change communication and training for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in process improvement or supply chain operations within a hardware manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Lean or Continuous Improvement certification/mindset.
• Background in IT server manufacturing.
