What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to build a diverse and resilient supply base.
• Lead negotiations for master framework and volume purchase agreements to optimize costs.
• Design and execute competitive bidding processes (RFx) for infrastructure equipment and services.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with data center roadmaps and business objectives.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and finance teams to inform procurement decisions and support budget planning.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive cost savings and value engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• 2+ years of experience sourcing power and cooling equipment for data center construction or industrial projects.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex, high-value framework agreements.
• Strong understanding of competitive bidding processes and RFx methodologies.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data center environments.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, e-sourcing platforms, and ERP tools.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, CPM).
• Experience in hyperscale data center construction or mission-critical facility builds.
• Deep technical knowledge of power distribution and cooling technologies.
• Experience with construction project procurement, including equipment sequencing and commissioning.
