What you will do

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys, identify friction points, and understand funnel performance.
• Monitor and synthesize user feedback from reviews, support, and research into actionable product insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution with Engineering to ensure quality issues are prioritized and closed efficiently.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of growth product initiatives, starting with scoped launches (e.g., landing pages and compliance-driven features).
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences balancing speed, clarity, and trust.
• Contribute to A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experiment design; translate ambiguous customer problems into hypotheses, requirements, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or product/business operations.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
• Strong structured problem-solving and precise communication.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort forming and pressure-testing hypotheses using quantitative analysis.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast without losing rigor.
