Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user journey for DriveShield, from trip tracking to habit formation.
• Modernize core features including driving scores, safety tips, and reward mechanics.
• Design and implement engagement loops that encourage daily app usage and safer driving habits.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to ship high-impact product improvements.
• Utilize A/B testing, user research, and funnel analysis to validate hypotheses and drive growth.
• Define the future roadmap for safety and mobility capabilities, including AI-powered personalization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Proven experience in consumer product management for mobile or web platforms.
• Strong background in engagement, retention, personalization, or habit formation.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with design, research, engineering, and data teams.
• Proficiency in funnel analysis, experimentation, and interpreting ambiguous user behavior.
• Experience working in trust-sensitive categories such as fintech, insurance, or mobility.
