Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base salary plus equity.

What you will do

• Map user journeys and identify friction points within insurance discovery and purchase funnels.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from landing pages to complex feature launches.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality, user-centric experiences.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to drive growth and improve conversion metrics.
• Coordinate daily with the China-based engineering team, maintaining 3–4 hours of overlap.
• Synthesize user feedback and support signals into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product operations.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination.
• Strong analytical foundation and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
