Salary: $127,000 - $155,000 total cash compensation

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end workstreams from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy and KPIs.
• Optimize the Growth Operating System by refining agents, context, and reusable workflows.
• Own product performance and P&L outcomes through rigorous experimentation and data analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven narratives.
• Mentor junior teammates in product, technical, and analytical skillsets.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid schedule required).
• No visa sponsorship or transfer available (including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visas).
• No corp-to-corp (C2C) contracts allowed.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business ROI through AI/ML production-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in data-related programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Hands-on experience operating with LLM and automation systems (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Zapier).
