NetSuite Senior Financials Consultant (US - Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base compensation: $81,980.50–$127,152.38–$172,324.25 annually; final compensation varies by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead and support full-lifecycle implementations of core and advanced NetSuite solutions and add-on products.
• Partner with clients to streamline financial operations and improve business processes.
• Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, user guidance, and training.
• Apply the hirify.global Project Implementation Methodology to deliver consistent project outcomes.
• Maintain relevant NetSuite certifications and support delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience and 6+ years of ERP implementation, financial systems, or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong accounting or financial systems background.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite accounting modules, OneWorld, intercompany processes, and taxation.
• Experience implementing Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, amortization, allocation, and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Experience configuring Electronic Bank Payments, including SFTP, ABSI SuiteApps, third-party payment applications, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Strong client relationship, consulting, organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Biotech or public accounting experience.
• Experience with Multi-Book and SuiteBilling.
• NetSuite certifications.
