Consultant II, NetSuite Optimization (Oracle NetSuite)

Salary: $66,000–$89,000 estimated annual base pay, with potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver Oracle NetSuite optimization projects in accordance with established standards.
• Analyze client requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and NetSuite leading practices.
• Lead client working sessions and communicate functional deliverables, work-plan status, and project issues.
• Support NetSuite configuration and user acceptance testing, including test scenarios and documentation.
• Track project time, budgets, cases, and deliverables while communicating risks, overages, and availability.
• Train and mentor Consultant I staff and contribute to research, development, and innovative market solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of professional services experience or 3+ years of private-industry experience in a relevant technical area.
• 2+ years of Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite financial processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, project accounting, revenue recognition, Multi-Book Accounting, Planning & Budgeting, and grant management.
• Ability to organize work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and budgets, and respond to changing priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
