Enterprise Systems Specialist (NetSuite)

Location: Europe-based, remote-first, with occasional travel to hirify.global markets

What you will do

• Own the technical operation of NetSuite across all live markets, including daily monitoring, production troubleshooting, configuration, and governance.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript solutions, including scheduled scripts, user event scripts, Map/Reduce scripts, RESTlets, and SuiteFlow automation.
• Investigate failing Workato recipes and determine whether issues originate in the integration layer or source systems.
• Work with Finance teams to identify pain points, trace root causes, prioritize improvements, and measure their impact.
• Maintain runbooks, configuration records, process documentation, and escalation context for issues outside the role's remit.
• Improve data quality and governance to support reliable automation, AI initiatives, CRM expansion, and wider enterprise systems development.

Requirements

• Hands-on NetSuite experience covering SuiteScript development, live production troubleshooting, and configuration ownership.
• Operational experience with an iPaaS platform such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services, including reading execution logs.
• Understanding of finance processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and period close.
• Experience owning live systems and delivering measurable improvements rather than only resolving tickets.
• English required for collaboration across hirify.global's locations.
• Ability to work from Europe and travel occasionally to hirify.global markets.
