Senior Implementation Consultant (Intacct)

Location: Remote (United States); travel may be required.

Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex Sage Intacct implementations across multiple modules, entities, locations, and business units from discovery through go-live and support transition.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into solution designs, configuration plans, workflows, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Configure Sage Intacct Core Financials and related modules, including complex multi-entity environments.
• Guide decisions involving process design, configuration, customization, integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and workflow management.
• Lead testing, validation, client training, change management, go-live readiness, and post-go-live activities.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, deliverables, stakeholder expectations, client relationships, pre-sales support, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of ERP implementation or technology consulting experience, including significant client-facing responsibility and full implementation leadership.
• Successful leadership of at least ten complete Sage Intacct Core implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Subject-matter expertise in Sage Intacct Core Financials, complex multi-entity configuration, multiple modules, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and operational processes, including general ledger, payables, receivables, cash management, consolidations, budgeting, reporting, workflows, and data migration.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, project scope, risks, dependencies, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience is considered. Ability to travel as required.

• Sage Intacct certifications.
• Experience with Sage Intacct Marketplace solutions, business intelligence tools, integrations, or advanced reporting.
