What you will do

• Analyze client products and processes to map them to JHA software solutions.
• Oversee system set-up, including parameter configuration and job file creation.
• Provide expert guidance on software functionality, features, and best practices.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact, managing cases and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for both internal and external users.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience working in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
• Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations in TX, KS, or MO.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours as required.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, commercial, or real estate lending.
• Familiarity with ACH, general ledger, or ATM/debit/credit card operations.
• Prior experience with the hirify.global Symitar platform.
