What you will do

• Serve as a trusted partner for employers, providing responsive support via phone, email, and virtual channels.
• Manage end-to-end inquiries including eligibility updates, payroll questions, and funding issues.
• Prioritize and resolve service tickets while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with internal teams to navigate complex scenarios.
• Translate complex plan details and platform capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for employers.
• Surface trends and insights to drive continuous improvement and team innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, operations, or call center environments.
• Proven ability to support stakeholders via phone, email, or virtual channels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Maitland, FL.
