What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and operational resource for clients to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Utilize SQL and analytical tools to troubleshoot data issues and maintain system integrity.
• Manage and enhance file-based integrations, including SFTP processes and batch jobs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as application support or implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data integrations, file transfers, and SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 25% office presence.
• Strong communication skills for managing client partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
