Salary: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour

What you will do
- Manage a steady volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Identify the root of customer needs to resolve inquiries completely in one touchpoint.
- Document thorough notes on every case to capture context, actions taken, and next steps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to solve customer issues.
- Adhere to a workforce management schedule and maintain performance to company standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer support, account management, or call center (preferred).
- Must be located in or able to work from the Lindon, Utah office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
- Capability to remain highly productive in an elevated-noise, open-office environment.
