What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support via telephone for solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining accurate case documentation.
- Manage individual open case queues and prioritize incoming assignments.
- Perform data or configuration changes in production environments.
- Test emergency product fixes provided by the development team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and communicate status updates.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (0β2 years).
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Understanding of remote support tools and basic networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to participate in 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call coverage.
