What you will do
- Manage end-to-end activation and planning of user adoption campaigns across global regions and customer segments.
- Maintain a centralized campaign calendar aligned with product releases, lifecycle milestones, and Customer Success priorities.
- Develop campaign briefs outlining objectives, messaging, channels, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging.
- Create and coordinate enablement materials such as email copy, guides, and webinar resources for user-focused activations.
- Analyze campaign performance data and usage insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve future programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user campaigns, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations.
- Proven experience supporting B2B or B2B2C SaaS or digitally complex products.
- Strong program management skills including intake, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, user-focused messaging.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and willing to appear onsite in Waltham, MA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with Customer Success lifecycle motions.
