What you will do

• Independently create and deploy medium-complexity emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage email journeys and triggered campaigns to support program goals.
• Monitor, report, and analyze email performance metrics.
• Translate campaign insights into client-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMPscript or SQL within SFMC.
