TL;DR

Senior Manager, CRM (CRM): Develop and execute global customer upsell and winback campaign strategy across email, push, and in-app messaging with an accent on personalized customer journeys, experimentation, and revenue-focused lifecycle moments. Focus on rigorous A/B and multivariate testing, data-driven campaign optimization, and regionally tailored CRM execution that increases conversions and CLV.

Location: New York City (NYC); minimum 3 days/week in office

Salary: $110,000 - $126,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global CRM campaign strategy to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end development, deployment, and continuous optimization of personalized customer journeys to improve conversions and long-term customer value.
  • Identify and launch new upsell and winback programs to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Maintain a revenue-focused campaign calendar with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Run rigorous experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) and use data-driven evaluation to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and report on expansion efforts with actionable insights; collaborate with creative, product, and international teams for consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of CRM experience in a high-volume, revenue-focused role (B2C subscription-based tech experience is a plus).
  • Strong test-and-learn mindset, including using new tools and AI to improve processes and iterate through failures.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and customer behaviors.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing upsell-focused email, in-app, and push marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and ESPs such as Salesforce, Emarsys, Braze, or Customer.io.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) across regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Amplitude.
  • Experience with email-specific HTML/CSS, liquid/scripting logic, SQL querying, and advanced segmentation.
