What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns such as newsletters, welcome flows, and reactivation campaigns.
• Understand client journey and needs throughout the lifecycle to tailor messaging.
• Design email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate across teams to develop strategy and messaging that drive engagement and retention.
• Define clear segments with tailored messaging strategies.
• Optimize content performance through multivariate testing and maintain an email calendar.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with presence in the US (Boston, MA).
• 3-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital communications.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and email testing.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or ConstantContact.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
