What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns (newsletters, welcome flows, reactivation) to drive adoption and retention.
• Cultivate intimate familiarity with the client journey and understand client wants and needs throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver eye-catching email templates in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, develop strategy, and craft messaging that drives engagement and retention.
• Define clear and powerful segments with strategies and tailored messaging for each.
• Optimize program and other content performance through multivariate testing and maintain an email calendar.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital communications.
• Adept with CSS, HTML, and email testing.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Skilled communicator across different media and audiences with an eye for detail.
• Experience creating and managing email campaigns in email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, ConstantContact).
• Must be able to work remotely from any US location.
