What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of active briefs from intake through delivery, ensuring projects are tracked and resourced.
• Build strong relationships with marketing stakeholders as a proactive day-to-day contact.
• Coordinate with integrated project managers in Mexico City to manage production milestones and dependencies.
• Maintain project status information in workflow systems and alert on potential bottlenecks.
• Support the preparation of weekly status reports and QBR documentation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, creative scope, and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience in account management, client services, or project management within a creative or marketing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear, confident communication skills for interaction at the marketing manager and director level.
• Familiarity with project management or workflow systems like Workfront, Asana, or similar.
• Understanding of creative production workflows in a multi-channel content environment.
