What you will do

• Develop and implement outcome improvement plans for members, ensuring monthly updates on savings and performance goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key member contacts to align hirify.global's solutions with their organizational goals.
• Drive revenue growth and contract penetration via savings opportunity analytics and presentations.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and educate customers on utilizing hirify.global contracts, products, and tools.
• Coordinate product implementation and service delivery using project management principles.
• Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and present value-driven results at conferences, workshops, or board retreats.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience in account management or a related field.
• Must be able to travel 21-40% within the US.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for presenting financial and clinical data.
• Strong knowledge of the health systems market.
• Ability to communicate effectively with professional audiences in person and electronically.
