Location: USA (Fully Remote, #LI-Remote)

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 USD (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Own and execute a strategic territory plan focused exclusively on acquiring net-new enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline via proactive prospecting, executive outreach, partner engagement, and targeted outbound sales.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close across technical, operational, financial, and executive buying committees.
  • Develop executive relationships across Customer Experience, Contact Center Operations, IT, Digital, Marketing, and Sales to position AI-powered customer experiences.
  • Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, manage deal cycles, and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, Legal, Professional Services) to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, including 4+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions into large organizations.
  • Proven success acquiring net-new enterprise customers and consistently exceeding quota in competitive markets.
  • Experience selling SaaS and AI, including Customer Experience (CX) / Contact Center / CCaaS / BPO or adjacent enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong value-based selling skills: executive-level discovery, business case development, and multi-threaded account engagement.
  • Ability to engage both business and technical audiences and translate technology into measurable business value.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
