Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid)
Salary: $200,000–$275,000 annually (OTE)

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key independent agencies in the New York and U.S. East market.
- Build and deepen partnerships with senior decision-makers to influence investment strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through new business development and growth of existing strategic accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing strategic insights across digital video, CTV, programmatic, and data offerings.
- Partner with internal teams including Studio, Account Management, and Media Strategy to deliver best-in-class campaign execution.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through agency and brand partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, video, and CTV.
- Experience selling advertising technology platforms or advanced media solutions.
- Verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
