Location: Must be based in the Northeast U.S. (Mid-Atlantic, Philadelphia, New York, New England)

Salary: $178,400 – $220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a team of 6–10 developing Account Executives across the Northeast region.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline generation and increase win rates through improved solution positioning and qualification.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with consultants, architects, and general contractors to influence project origination.
  • Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships to enhance differentiation and unlock new pipeline opportunities.
  • Establish and lead regular team cadences, including weekly pipeline reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Track and manage KPIs including sales velocity, close rates, and revenue attainment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 7+ years in a direct people management role.
  • Proven success leading Account Executive teams and driving measurable improvements in close rates.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, opportunity management, and forecasting.
  • Experience operating in complex, solution-based sales environments.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
