What you will do
- Support the earnings preparation process, including script drafting, Q&A development, and data validation.
- Prepare analytical reports for leadership regarding stock performance, analyst consensus, and peer benchmarking.
- Design and maintain investor relations collateral, presentations, and the corporate IR website.
- Coordinate investor engagement activities, including conferences, roadshows, and small-group meetings.
- Engage with investor stewardship teams on ESG topics and support the annual proxy process.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and able to travel semi-regularly.
- 5-7 years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis.
- Strong technical understanding of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion.
