What you will do

• Support the earnings preparation process, including script drafting, Q&A development, and data validation.
• Prepare analytical reports for leadership regarding stock performance, analyst consensus, and peer benchmarking.
• Design and maintain investor relations collateral, presentations, and the corporate IR website.
• Coordinate investor engagement activities, including conferences, roadshows, and small-group meetings.
• Engage with investor stewardship teams on ESG topics and support the annual proxy process.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel semi-regularly.
• 5-7 years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis.
• Strong technical understanding of equity markets, analyst models, and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion.
