Salary: $226,000 – $265,000 + 35% bonus

What you will do

• Direct all financial functions to meet business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance with accounting principles.
• Contribute to top-level strategic planning and develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, and mergers to ensure financial viability.
• Lead the Product Areas finance function and serve as a strategic business partner to the President.
• Foster an entrepreneurial and diverse organizational structure focused on engagement and performance.
• Monitor company-wide indicators including market share, profitability, and external economic trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience in an industrial company, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Minimum 15 years of experience specifically in manufacturing and MedTech.
• Proven ability to manage high-performance finance teams and drive engagement.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with expertise in stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate effectively within a quality system environment.
