What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function, including earnings processes, regulatory notifications, and investor engagement.
• Draft earnings releases, conference call scripts, and executive presentation materials.
• Partner with the CFO and CEO to ensure consistent internal and external corporate messaging.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, including trend analysis, risk identification, and corporate forecasting.
• Serve as a primary corporate spokesperson for investors and research analysts.
• Analyze peer performance, valuation drivers, and stock ownership trends for executive management and the board.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a business-related discipline is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, banking, capital markets, or corporate communications.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to handle sensitive, market-moving financial information with high discretion.
