Location: Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office (Cincinnati, OH) and 2 days remote weekly

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
• Provide financial analysis and tools to support senior management's decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and track performance against targets.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting and consolidation.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Nice to have

• Proven success in a finance or accounting role.
• Experience with NetSuite, SmartView, Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service, and Salesforce.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models.
