Salary: 78,000 PLN (Annual gross base pay).

What you will do
- Monitor booking funnels to identify and resolve stuck tasks using email, internal tools, and phone calls.
- Navigate complex conversations with clients and Taskers to save potential cancellations and drive revenue.
- Address and solve user issues via live channels while meeting KPIs for satisfaction and productivity.
- Manage time efficiently to conduct relevant phone calls while maintaining high-quality interactions.
- Build trust with stakeholders to provide exceptional experiences and resolve queries on the first contact.
- Document duties and suggest process improvements to the team leader.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Poland (no relocation support provided).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, contact centers, or similar roles.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales, specifically cold calling, is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and persuasive communication abilities.
- Available for full-time work (40 hours/week).
