TL;DR

Junior Operations Client Partner: Supporting client interactions, project coordination, and data-driven problem solving within a global consumer intelligence environment. Focus on developing foundational skills in account management, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence through structured training and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2–3 days in the office).

Compensation: PLN 85,000 – PLN 90,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day client interactions and respond to operational requests.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and internal task tracking.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure high-quality service.
  • Contribute to resolving client queries related to data, delivery, and quality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and client calls.
  • Support quality checks to ensure outputs meet expected standards.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • Previous experience in a client-facing environment (internship, part-time, or academic project).
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across international teams.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
