Salary: €42,700–€56,000

What you will do
- Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and screen shares.
- Act as a trusted advisor promoting product knowledge and self-sufficiency.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and features.
- Engage with customers to understand and fulfill their goals.
- Apply and share best practices for optimal product use.
- Innovate and propose ideas to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Availability to work onsite in Dublin SAP office 3 times a week
- 1.5+ years experience in software support or customer service.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of HTML, jQuery, CSS.
- Experience with various communication formats including live chat and calls.
- Proficient in using application logs, browser dev tools, and diagnostic tools.
