Salary: 82,000–122,000 PLN

What you will do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and networked system issues.
- Manage, document, and maintain tickets within Salesforce according to service level agreements.
- Execute basic SQL queries to investigate and resolve client technical problems.
- Partner with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex customer incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email as a primary point of contact.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- Proven experience in customer support and client-facing roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex software issues.
- Proficiency with SQL and Windows platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible, rotational 24/7 shift schedule.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical customers.
