TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote role with specific EST shift requirements).

Salary: $39,000–$40,000

What you will do

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat using active listening.
  • Troubleshoot product and training-related questions to identify and resolve issues.
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions within Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain technical knowledge of Meevo products and integrations.
  • Advocate for customer needs while ensuring successful product adoption.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work M-F 11:30 AM to 8:15 PM EST and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM EST.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and hardware quickly.
  • Logical, analytical, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related role.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry.
