Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).

Salary: 71,700 – 96,000 PLN gross per year.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, managing requirement gathering, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication between clients, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders and monitor project progress.
  • Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
  • Ensure high-quality solution delivery and coordinate post-production quality checks.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client data and suggest improvements for database production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse, international teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
