What you will do

• Manage and resolve support tickets via phone and email systems.
• Perform basic SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in Salesforce.
• Provide responsive support during scheduled shifts and on-call rotations.
• Share product expertise with customers to improve their experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland to support local operations.
• Proven experience in customer support as a primary contact.
• Proficiency in SQL and Windows platform troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email client interaction.
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts within the 6am-12am CEST window.
• Experience managing complex technical issues and ticket lifecycles.
