Salary: $105,200 – $132,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and evolve onboarding programs for SDRs and AEs to improve ramp speed.
• Partner with Sales Ops to identify funnel gaps and build targeted enablement programs.
• Lead readiness initiatives for new products, pricing changes, and GTM motions.
• Develop coaching frameworks and inspection guides for front-line managers.
• Standardize sales plays and execution strategies across segments and regions.
• Measure the impact of enablement initiatives on pipeline, conversion, and win rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6–10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales roles.
• Proven experience supporting SDR and AE teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation, sales cycles, and deal execution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect enablement efforts to revenue impact.
• Experience partnering with Sales Ops, Marketing, and GTM leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-segment or global sales teams.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or Outreach.
• Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
