Location: Must be based in or able to work from Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead and coach regional sales managers and account executives through weekly 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • Direct regional pipeline strategy and ensure data accuracy across PEO and international product lines.
  • Manage complex negotiations and act as a technical liaison with finance and underwriting teams.
  • Own regional headcount planning, including interviewing and final hiring decisions.
  • Drive change management initiatives and represent the sales organization in cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain regional dashboards and leverage Gong data to ensure forecasting and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a preference for managing managers in high-growth HCM or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level command of Salesforce, Gong, and data visualization tools.
  • Deep familiarity with PEO, international payroll, or complex insurance/benefit models.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex underwriting or organizational changes into actionable team steps.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk mitigation and strategic deal execution.
