What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain solution training and curriculum content for field sales team members.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvements in solution education.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) content and the onboarding/continued education event calendar.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop educational content and maintain knowledge of competitive market changes.
- Manage a team of content specialists responsible for maintaining internal demonstration tools.
- Track and document the impact of sales enablement events on overall sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (e.g., H1B status).
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School/GED with 9+ years of experience, in a clinical or mid revenue cycle role.
- 2+ years of experience delivering executive-level presentations or educational content.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with sales enablement or adult learning concepts.
- Experience with LMS (Absorb or similar), Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.com.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
