What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and grow the Global Help Desk team, overseeing end-user support and device lifecycle management.
  • Manage identity and access support, including Okta workflows and MFA issue resolution.
  • Oversee endpoint management, laptop provisioning, patching, and MDM administration.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding operations for a distributed, remote-first organization.
  • Partner with Security and IT Engineering to align support practices with access control policies.
  • Develop help desk metrics, dashboards, and reporting to communicate service quality to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 6+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations.
  • 2+ years of experience leading support analysts or serving as a technical lead.
  • Deep understanding of Okta, MDM platforms, and endpoint management tools.
  • Experience supporting a distributed or remote-first workforce.
  • Strong ability to build operational metrics and report help desk performance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Jamf, Okta, or Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record of scaling support functions without losing service quality.
