What you will do

• Develop and execute IT operational strategies across cloud, SaaS, and endpoint environments.
• Manage enterprise infrastructure, device lifecycle, and end-user support functions.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, and technology lifecycle planning.
• Lead the governance, integration, and operationalization of enterprise GenAI platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Implement automation workflows using APIs and scripting to improve IT service delivery and employee productivity.
• Partner with Security and Legal teams to ensure compliance, access governance, and data handling controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT teams and enterprise operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise with JAMF, Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and MDM solutions.
• Minimum 1 year of programming or scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript).
• Proven track record in building automations, integrations, and API-based solutions at scale.
• Comprehensive experience working within cloud-first or hybrid enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Direct experience governing GenAI enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Practical experience with workflow automation tools like Okta Workflows.
• Grounded understanding of ITIL practices and operational maturity models.
