IT Manager (AI Tools)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, US. Must be based in the US and able to work from the office at least once per week.

What you will do

• Lead the company's IT function, overseeing help desk operations, endpoint management, and identity and access management.
• Own the rollout, configuration, and governance of AI productivity tools like Glean and Claude Code.
• Manage and mentor IT team members, focusing on prioritization, performance management, and career growth.
• Define the IT roadmap and drive projects to delivery.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and SaaS procurement governance.
• Collaborate with Security, People, Finance, and Engineering teams on policies, audits, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in management or internal technology roles.
• Experience stabilizing IT operations following a period of rapid growth.
• Proven expertise in AI tooling configuration.
• Broad knowledge of MDM, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Security.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco headquarters once per week.

Nice to have

• Experience automating IT workflows via scripts, APIs, or no-code tools.
• Knowledge of Terraform and git.
• Experience with Okta, Kandji, JumpCloud, Atlassian Suite, Google Workspace, Github, Glean, and Slack.
