What you will do

• Connect with patients on the hirify.global platform via phone to build rapport and educate them on program benefits.
• Guide patients step-by-step through the enrollment process with patience and professionalism.
• Listen to patient concerns and handle objections using a compassionate, empathetic approach.
• Manage a patient call pipeline and perform consistent follow-ups to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Accurately document all interactions and outcomes within the internal systems.
• Collaborate with the clinical operations team to welcome patients into ongoing care programs.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence.
• Ability to balance sales performance with empathy and care for elderly or vulnerable patients.
• Motivation by goals, targets, and performance-based results.
• Comfort working in a high-call-volume sales environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-starter mindset.
• Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States.
