Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $150,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives in Atlanta to exceed lead generation targets.
  • Define and refine outreach strategies using data-driven insights to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and market positioning.
  • Optimize prospecting workflows and leverage sales technologies like Salesforce, Common Room, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Engage directly with strategic enterprise prospects and nurture high-level relationships.
  • Develop training programs and provide ongoing professional coaching for BDRs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Deep understanding of software development, SaaS business models, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and consumption-based business models.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesforce Engage, and other modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA for a hybrid work arrangement.
