Salary: $23.56 - $27.50 hourly

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling and email marketing campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Educate prospects on treasury operations and hirify.global's product offerings through detailed discussions.
  • Qualify prospects based on their buying process and nurture them with educational resources.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to provide qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
  • Maintain and update detailed prospect information within Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in regular training and self-education to maintain fluency in treasury concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ year of professional work experience or a sales internship preferred.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or a cold calling environment preferred.
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volumes and maintain significant talk time.
  • Strong interpersonal, prospecting, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and communicate complex Treasury concepts effectively.
