What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting efforts via phone, LinkedIn, and email channels to engage target accounts.
- Identify, research, and prioritize key decision-makers and stakeholders in financial services organizations.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and introductory meetings for Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity records within Salesforce and Apollo platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and support sales plays.
Requirements
- 2+ years BDR experience in FinTech, SaaS, or software sales.
- Bachelor's degree required (business or finance preferred).
- Proficiency in cold-calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (sequencing, research, outreach).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Must be based in New York for a hybrid work schedule.
Nice to have
- Financial services background (banking, lending, wealth, insurance, or capital markets).
- Experience communicating financial and technical concepts to senior decision-makers.
