Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + commission

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets for sponsorship and curated meeting sales.
  • Identify and secure new business growth across key markets and financial technology industry sectors.
  • Deliver high-level presentations and tailored commercial proposals to senior executive prospects.
  • Negotiate and close contract sales while collaborating with internal marketing, creative, and finance teams.
  • Conduct strategic outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to qualify and close meeting packages.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in event sales, specifically with high-value meeting programs.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive-level decision makers.
  • Experience in the events or Fintech industry in a sales or account management role.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Must be based in New York City to support the required in-person collaboration (3+ days a week).
