Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Onsite Monday through Friday)

What you will do

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial account creation through underwriting approval and activation.
  • Execute high-volume outbound sales activities including cold-calling, emailing, and texting.
  • Identify and qualify potential contractors by assessing material purchasing needs and creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate with the underwriting team to obtain necessary documentation for financing approvals.
  • Guide contractors through the online enrollment process on the proprietary web platform.
  • Develop personalized outbound campaigns and leverage social media for networking and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Austin, Texas, Monday through Friday.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer enrollment or sales development roles.
  • Proven ability to manage leads and collect documentation for service approvals.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound sales, cold-calling, and managing follow-ups.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Apollo, and Intercom.
