What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical equipment to the component level.
• Perform diagnostics using schematics, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.

• Support field technicians and assist with equipment modifications.
• Respond to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with design teams to address complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Must reside in proximity to the area of coverage (Rochester or Latham, NY).
• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical repairs.
• Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday shift.
• Proficiency in using specialized diagnostic tools and reading schematics.
